Welcome to Cobble Hill School of American Studies!
At the New Cobble Hill, our mission is simple yet powerful: to know and empower every student as an individual so they can reach their maximum potential, make informed choices, and build meaningful lives. Every decision we make as a school community is guided by this belief.
We are proud to offer two distinctive academic pathways that prepare our scholars for real-world success. Our Pre-Law Institute and American Studies program is designed for students who are natural debaters, passionate about social justice, advocacy, and equity. Through legal research, moot court, and mock trial, our students explore careers in criminal, constitutional, family, and civil law — gaining hands-on experience through simulations and real-world opportunities, including a trip to Washington, D.C. where they visit the Supreme Court, the Capitol, and the White House.
Our Biomedical Science program gives students access to state-of-the-art technology, including virtual reality tools that mirror real hospital equipment, along with laboratory experiences in dissection and experimentation. Select students even travel to Johns Hopkins Medical School in Baltimore to see their future field in action.
Warmly,
Elizabeth Rodriguez
